Lutheran World Relief Personal Care Kits
Every year, millions of people around the world are displaced from their homes due to natural disasters, political issues or war.
Seeing images of refugees or disaster survivors in the news or on social media often leave us feeling heartbroken and helpless.
But there is a way you can help make a tangible difference to someone in need.
Please join Shepherd of the Hills, in partnership with Lutheran World Relief, as we collect
items for personal care kits.
These kits will be sent to people in need and provide simple, yet life-saving items that will
help maintain good hygiene, health and basic human dignity.
The donation box for Personal Care Kit items is located in the Narthex.
Collections accepted through 11:00am Friday, April 15th.
Please email Heather Castaing with any questions.
*** Gifts of Time Needed! ***
Please consider a gift of time to help assemble the Personal Care kits.
Assembly will take place in the Fellowship Hall after the 11:00am Bible Study
on Good Friday, April 15th.
